Youth in Leadership Certificate Program 

For the last seven years, NEI has offered a 33-day training program to assist youth in Mon state to develop their skills and leadership capacities.  12 classes of roughly 60 participants/batch have graduated from our training program and many are working with community based CSO’s, INGO’s or continuing with their education.  Batch 13 was the last group for this program.
